Throwing in the ball at Soccer this past fall

We did alot of standing around pulling at our shorts!
Some might say that reminds them of me when I wasn't playing in the outfield they
would find me under the bench ----LOL !
It's November already! --Just seems like yesterday that we started Pre-School but it was 60 days ago ---I guess I need to keep better track of where the time is going. Sorry this post is going to jump around a little b/c I hate how blogger posts the photos and it takes too long to fix it - so I'm just going to wing it!

She started preschool in September and loves it! - she really likes her teacher Mrs. Hamilton and has made a few new friends along the way.

they aren't in the same class - but they see each other throughout the day

Fun to be a Kid!

Isn't it fun to be a kid! Can't believe that Kaitlin starts Pre-School on Wednesday!

Wow where has the time gone..... We've had a great summer - - riding our bikes, swimming, parades, jumping on the trampoline, outdoor movies, visit to an indoor water park, and many many more great times.

Kaitlin starts her 1st year of Pre-school, the school is located about 2 blocks away and she is very

excited to start. We signed her up for soccer at the YMCA, and she enjoys playing (hasn't scored a goal yet) but enjoys playing. We start Gymnastics in September (which she loves)!

I didn't sign her up for dance class this time around but I think I may be changing my mind on that decision ---all the girl does are ballet moves --she loves to watch anything with dancers in it, etc. I'll update with photos later from the first day of school.

Timewarp!

Sorry - I just realized that this didn't post when I wrote it in June! >>>
Ok, so we've been a little busy....I knew the day would come that it would get more difficult to post and keep up but I didn't anticipate it so early. Since our last post in March (sounds like a confession LOL!) we have completed 2 Gymnastics classes, Ballet class, celebrated Mother's Day, Easter, taken many visits to our local park, enjoyed jumping in our trampoline, learned how to ride a big girl bike, celebrated Mimi's and Camden's birthday, gone swimming and attended graduation parties- not in that order! It's hard to believe that it is June 16th already!

Hope you enjoy the photos!

No Fear here! She waited all day patiently until I let her go in the pool and first thing that she
wanted to do is jump off the diving board, again and again and again. Also a couple of photos of Kaitlin and Jessie @ Nikki's graduation party. She loved playing with Jessie.

BOY - Where has the time gone?

Sorry, Sorry, Sorry! It has been a whirlwind since November. In November we were busy with work, dance class and Pajama Gym, Thanksgiving and of course preparing for Santa. In December we had many Christmas parties to attend, we rode the Polar Express and watched the Polar Express at least a dozen times. Santa visited us shortly before Christmas to to see who was naughty and nice. The day after Christmas we left for vacation in Hilton Head.
January was even busier for all of us, I had to prepare all of our plans, schedules for our company Sales Meeting at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo and also our Disney vacation which was scheduled for the week after the meeting.
That meant having everything ready for Disney prior to me leaving for my sales meeting because I flew from my sales meeting to meet Kaitlin and Craig in Orlando! Everything has been great, work is really busy for me and Craig is just getting ready to start up again, Kaitlin is growing like a weed, 36 inches now and 28.5 pounds - still a peanut but we are making strides. January 13th she turned 3! She has been taking dance class and at the beginning of the year we started gymnastics (which she loves).

This Friday she gets tested for Preschool in the fall, Jack, Annie, Alexa and Kaitlin will all be in the same school but I'm not sure if the same class. Here are some of the best of the best photos - I've taken over 1200 photos since before Christmas!

The only photo that she is actually smiling when on Santa's lap, she would talk and talk about Santa, but when it came time to sit on Santa's lap - she would not look him in the eye!

On the Polar Express they read the book, Kaitlin followed along with hers and had Santa sign it!

Kaitlin with one of many (over 40) autographs that we
received this week. She really was into wanting to get the autographs
so wherever we saw a character we stood in line. The longest line
was for the Tinker Fairies - 1 hour rest of them were 15 - 20 avg.

Holly - Coach D and Me - just like old times

Typical for me --standing in the outfield chewing gum and blowing bubbles!

Wow ---It seems as if I say this a lot but where has the last month gone! I can't believe that it is almost Halloween. Speaking of halloween I think Kaitlin has mixed emotions about the whole thing, she loves to play dress up and is going to be Tinker Bell for Halloween, BUT she is terrified of witches, ghosts all the accessories that go along with Halloween. So we may only visit a few neighbors (which is alright by me ...we don't need all the candy anyways.)

We have been busy taking Pajama Gymnastics at the YMCA on Monday nights and Mommie and Me dance class on Tuesdays. She really likes both a lot and constantly asks when we are going back, although she is funny when she gets there it takes her about 3 -4 minutes to warm up to everything.

Today we went on our annual Pumpkin Patch hayride, it was a gorgeous day. As you will see in the following pictures she did great and had a blast. I'm really glad that she likes to get her photo taken because I'm having a blast taking them with my new camera! I broke down shortly after our China Reunion this summer and bought a DSLR with a normal lense and I just got a telephoto lense. I think the colors and the photos turned out fantastic. I got the Canon EOS XSI ---WOW! Puts normal point and shoot digital cameras to shame on how many frames you can take in a row. Really helps capture the moment with the little ones --a blink of an eye and they are on to the next thing.

We went to Chicago last weekend and I had to stop to tell Santa that Kaitlin wanted an American Girl doll or two! He said only if she is good and listens to mommy and daddy. It's funny how once October hits you can start hanging the whole better be good or Santa won't bring you presents thing over their head. Anyways, ended up spending 2 1/2 hours in American Girl doll store needless to say I think Santa will hook the girl up!

Also a couple of weekends ago we had a high school reunion softball game, what a hoot. My friend Holly and I went and held our own --we were the oldest players there. How sad I felt when they announced our names and the year that we graduated (84) and one of the girls said "I wasn't even born yet" Ouch --that left a mark!

Hope all is well with everyone, and enjoyed the photos!
