Happy Gotcha Day Kaitlin!!

I just realized that I never posted this - I typed it up and then got interrupted and put it in my drafts for those of your wondering if you missed something!

Happy Gotcha Day Kaitlin! What a joy and pleasure it has been this past year! You are always (well most of the time) Happy! You are so outgoing, always wanting to play with others, not shy to strangers and a very loving little girl. Kaitlin loves to dance and sing, in fact, on Easter she sang for the entire meal rather than eat ---good thing not too many people minded! We are very blessed!

One Year ago today --we were trying to figure out how hard this adventure was going to be and today we find ourselves overjoyed with the your adapting abilities. You love to read, and are very quick to learn a new puzzle. You also enjoy cartoons, mainly Backyardigans and Little Einsteins, Toy Story and Monsters, Inc. and of course Elmo! And lastly, you enjoy playing with your babies, feeding, diapering, pushing them around.

We love you ----You have truly made our lives complete!

Easter Photos 2008

Wow a month has flown by since our last post! And I'm happy to report that everything is going great except for the occassional melt down - mostly over wanting to do it herself! We went Friday night to get our Easter picture and she was a trooper!

We are patiently waiting for the weather to break so we can play outside more and meet all the kids in our new neighborhood! She is still taking swim lessons on Monday nights and doing very well. Kaitlin has begun to try to potty train --we do pretty well on #1 but #2 she tells you after she is done - so we have some work to do.
